The Orchard Hill HOA is dedicated to ensuring the beauty, safety, and stability of the community. It promotes neighborliness and pride among the residents. It also forms a base for representation in matters affecting the community. Meeting Information

  • All Meetings not in Executive Session are open to the community to attend per state of Delaware Regulations.
  • Meetings are generally held monthly at 6:30 pm at the Milford Public Library. Exact details, including agendas, will be posted on the Board Meeting Information page a minimum of 10 days in advance.
  • Homeowners are welcome to participate in these meetings. They can share their thoughts during the 15-minute public comment period at the start of the meeting.
    • To address the group, individuals are asked to provide their name and address before the meeting commences. They can add their name to the list of those wishing to speak upon arrival for the meeting or by completing the Contact Us form linked below.
    • If an individual wishes to share but cannot attend the meeting, they should complete the Contact Us form linked below. We will share the information received during the public comment period.
