Our community is deed restricted. Living in a deed restricted community ensures that the neighborhood has a consistent look of the properties which contributes to the general curb appeal of the neighborhood and in turn, improves property values. The Orchard Hill Architectural Committee (ARC) is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the community appearance and adherence to the covenants and therefore approving all changes to dwellings. The ARC is responsible for handling (but not limited to) the following:
- Placement, design, and height specification for structures
- Requirements for lot setback
- Exterior paint colors and finishes
- Materials used for roofing
- Fences
- Pools/Spas
- Satellite Dishes
- Solar Panels
- EV charging stations
- See covenant document for complete list
The Orchard Hill covenants and City of Milford Code should be reviewed and considered prior to submission/request.
To submit a request or for further information please send submissions to the ARC via email: Architecture.OrchardHillHOA@gmail.com
